It’s all about the leaves and pumpkins for this Fall table setting. Nothing symbolizes the Fall season better than leaves changing color and the variety of pumpkins found around every corner. Brie and I gathered some pumpkins and branches with multi-colored leaves for the center piece. Once our decorations were finalized we chose a rustic outdoor location lined with a gravel path and old trees to bring everything together.
First, we lined the table with an oatmeal colored runner and placed the branches filled with multi-colored leaves across the top. We then took the large pumpkins and placed them in the middle to create a center piece. Next we took tall candle sticks and lined them on both sides of the pumpkins and all the way down the table. Lastly, we placed mini pumpkins and mason jars filled with candles to fill-in the gaps.
The final step was creating the table setting. Since the tablescape consistent of rustic colors, we knew we had to add pops of color that would complement to the table setting. We opted for Indian red and yellow strawberries, which we placed on the dinner plates.
We would also like to thank The Blog Issue for displaying our Thanksgiving table setting on their new website. If you haven’t subscribed to The Blog Issue, then you missing out on the creativity and inspiration of fashion, DIY and tablescapes from the best bloggers out there.
