Sunday Smoothie: Green Monster Recipe

Today we made the Green Monster Smoothie and the recipe below will tell why we call it that.

Green Monster Ingredients 

1 handful of Spinach

1 handful of Kale

1 handful of  Swiss Chard

1 handful of Arugula

1 Banana

6 raw almonds

1tbsp Chia Seeds

1tbsp Flax Seeds

Smoothie Tip: When making any green smoothie with lots of greens, we add either banana, mango, pineapple, or apple to help sweeten the flavor.
